Research on Corrosion Resistance and Formation Mechanism of Molybdate Composite Film

چکیده

In order to reduce phosphorus pollution, the low passivation process on Q235 steel was studied. The electrochemical method used test corrosion resistance of sodium molybdate passivation. polarization curve shows that current sample passivated by is only 1/4 blank sample. Under scanning electron microscopy, film obtained treatment had lowest content and more uniform compact. XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) OCP (open circuit potential) were study formation regularity mechanism molybdenum results show has good resistance. a can be divided into four stages alternating phosphating surface mainly composed phosphate, molybdate, oxide, their crystalline hydrates. concentration ions its pollution environment, which broad application prospects.
